Balanced Exercise, Balanced Life

Exercise can help your body in many ways. Aside from helping you to keep a healthy body weight, exercise increases your mobility, protects against bone loss, reduces your stress levels, and helps you feel better about yourself. And, research has shown that people who exercise are less likely to develop heart disease, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol levels. People of any age or fitness level can benefit from some type of exercise, be it running, walking, ballroom dancing, water aerobics, gardening, or any activity you choose.
In this paragraph, I have three points of statement for how to do balanced exercise.
Point 1. To take more types of exercise programs. The more types of exercise you do, the more beneficial to the whole conditions of your body and mind. Exercise program should include aerobic exercise and anaerobic exercise. Aerobic exercise uses your large muscles and can be continued for long periods. For example, walking, jogging, swimming, and cycling are aerobic activities. These types of exercises drive your body to use oxygen more efficiently and deliver maximum benefits to your heart, lungs, and circulatory system. Strenght-building and flexibility exercises are known as anaerobic exercise. Anaerobic exercise does not have cardiovascular benefits, but it makes your muscles and bones stronger. Strength-building exercises require short, intense effort. Flexibility exercises, which are also anaerobic, tone your muscles through stretching and can prevent muscle and joint problems later in life.

Point 2. To take more amount of exercise if you eat more. If you do more exercise regularly, you must have a good appetite and sleep at night. More calorie intake can be balanced by more energy consumption. The sugar and fat you intake must be burned to deliver energy you need. Fat cannot stay in your body and sugar even not be transformed to fat. So you need not worry more about obesity. You can take ease to eat what you like only if you do enough exercise. Of course if you are weak with a temporary bad appetite for some acute reason, you should decrease the amount of exercise at the same time.
Point 3. The optimal end point for an exercise should be the time while you are refreshing not the time you feel fatigue. Long running (more than 5000m per time) is not recommended for a majority of ordinary persons. Heavy exercise like basketball game or football game is an interesting exercise, but it may be too interesting to let you forget fatigue. Over fatigue is absolutely harmful to the body. Depletion resulting from profound sweating may induce exhaustion. While you are much refreshing during exercise, all your potentials are activated both in body and mind. Stopping exercise at this time will keep you in perfect status for a longer time..jpg)
