All users of the Stanley Lewis Online Shopping facility must be over the age of 18 and lawfully capable of entering into and forming a valid contract in accordance with standard practice.

The Head Office of Stanley Lewis is located in Australia. Therefore, in the unlikely event of a dispute in relation to the supply of goods, the dispute or claim shall be governed and construed according to Australian Law and be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian Courts, and any courts which may hear appeals from those courts.

These Terms and Conditions are a legal and binding agreement. For any online transaction to be processed, the Terms and Conditions must be read, understood and agreed to by you. You will be asked to Tick and agree to the Terms and Conditions box which will appear when shopping. This confirms your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

We reserve our right to amend or update our Terms and Conditions at any time without providing notice to you.

Stanley Lewis has made every effort to reflect product design and colors as accurately as possible. We are unable however to guarantee true color as most monitors are unable to perfect this replication. Please note, charges made to your credit card will be in AUD.  Due to an ongoing fluctuating exchange rate there may at times be a discrepancy in currency conversion. Local banks also add a surcharge for conversion. If the discrepancy amount seems unusually high please contact info@stanleygentlemen.com with full details for an immediate follow up.

You will be responsible for paying any taxes incurred at the delivery destination. This may include, but not be limited to, any local sales tax or import duties. We operate on a DDU (Delivery Duty and Taxes Unpaid) basis. Check with own country Customs and Excise for further details. While we will endeavor to meet delivery date requests, understand delays may sometimes be unavoidable, such as weather conditions or clearance by customs. When requested, ensure the correct information is provided to customs to ensure your goods are cleared without delay. We are unable to refund any duty paid on any items returned to us either faulty or unsuitable as this is a contract between the purchaser and own country Customs and Excise.

We do not store your payment details on the Stanley Lewis server. All transactions made through stanleygentlemen.com are processed by Secure-pay and use their secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure hosting environment.

We will undertake all reasonable care to ensure your shopping experience with Stanley Lewis is simple, safe and secure. However, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer should a third party gain unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from stanleygentlemen.com.

Gift Card Terms and Conditions;

- Please store your Stanley Lewis Gift Card securely as we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen cards.

- You must use the entire balance of your Stanley Lewis Gift Card in one transaction as we are unable to carry forward any balance remaining on your card.

- No change will be given.

- Do not discard your Stanley Lewis Gift Card after use as you may need to return part of the merchandise purchased with it. The value of the return, or that part of the return purchased with the Gift Card, will be credited back onto your Gift Card.

- The Stanley Lewis Gift Card is valid for 12 months and is redeemable online only.

- Once your Stanley Lewis Gift Card has expired, we are unable to extend the expiry date under any circumstances. It is the Stanley Lewis Gift Card holder’s responsibility to ensure the card is redeemed before its expiry date.

- The Stanley Lewis Gift Card is not redeemable for cash. When redeeming your Stanley Lewis Gift Card, shipping costs apply.

- Ensure you remember to redeem your Stanley Lewis Gift Card at the time of ordering, as once your order has been submitted and paid for by other means, we are unable to offset that cost with your Stanley Lewis Gift Card

Gift Purchase

When placing an order for a gift a Confirmation of Order email will be sent to you. This email will include Your Order Number.

Should the recipient of the Stanley Lewis Gift wish to exchange the item(s) for a different design or color, or simply wish to convert to a Stanley Lewis Gift Card, ensuring all details on the Gift Message including the issued Your Order Number are complete, will enable a hassle free exchange process. All Gift Purchase transactions are subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

Gift Returns

The person having received the gift may exchange the item(s) for another of the same value or more providing they pay the difference along with additional shipping costs. Alternatively, we will arrange a Stanley Lewis Gift Card to be forwarded for the full value of the return, minus the original shipping cost. The Stanley Lewis Gift Card is valid for 12 months and is presented in the distinctive handmade Stanley Lewis orange box. An additional shipping costs apply.

If requesting a refund, please note we can only credit the original credit card used to make the purchase. 

All exchanges will be processed with PROOF OF PURCHASE only and must be returned within the 14 day return period. Please enclose a copy of your Your Order Number to ensure prompt processing. This number is written on your Gift Message card.

If you have misplaced your Gift Message, simply include a note with your return that includes Your Order Number. This information is available from the purchaser of your gift. They will have these details online from their original order. Also include your full name, shipping address and email details.

Any Stanley Lewis item(s) purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of that retailer

It is the responsibility of the sender that the returned items are returned to us as a complete pack. However, if you are exchanging for a different design or color, return only the items inside the Stanley Lewis box. This will greatly reduce your shipping costs. On receipt of your return, accompanied with the completed Request for Return form, we will send you the replacement items, minus the Stanley Lewis box.

If your return is part of a promotion which includes a gift, it is necessary to return all items including the gift, for a return to be processed. If you have forgotten to return the complete pack, we will hold the items returned for a period of 21 days only before charging the purchaser the value of the gift via the original payment method.

Shipping/Delivery Terms and Conditions

We will endeavor, but do not guarantee, to dispatch your order within 48 hours (subject to credit card authorisation) on you receiving your Confirmation of Order. Every delivery requires a signature, so ensure the shipping address is up to date and correct, and the recipient’s landline and/or mobile phone number is supplied. Actual shipping cost will be incurred for incorrectly addressed items.

When referring to the number of shipping days, these are business days. Please add an additional 4-5 days when ordering over the Christmas and Father’s Day periods.

Sometimes and for a multitude of reasons, delays in delivery are experienced which are totally out of our control. Weather, industrial action, customs and traffic conditions are just to name a few. Stanley Lewis cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances and therefore cannot be held accountable for late deliveries. We will do however, everything within our power to ensure delivery date requests are met.

Although we cannot guarantee, we will do our utmost to ensure delivery within the above guidelines. Because we use external postal and courier services, we cannot guarantee delivery times.  We cannot be held liable for delays with processing by Customs. Please read carefully the Shipping Disclaimer which is positioned below the Delivery Within Australia guidelines.

International Deliveries

All deliveries are subject to credit card authorisation. Goods will be handed over at the requested destination only on a signature being obtained, at which point all responsibility and risks for your purchase are passed onto you. If a signature is not present for the hand over of goods by the courier company, your purchase will be returned to the couriers’ depot and will only be dispatched once arrangements have been made for redelivery by you and the courier company. Additional shipping charges apply.

Stanley Lewis offers two options for delivery. You can choose either International Priority Mail, or Express Courier (EMS) during the checkout process. The various costs are listed below -

FREE SHIPPING For International Priority Mail - allow 10 - 14 working days for delivery

Stanley Lewis covers all courier, insurance and handling costs only.

Please note that international recipients will be responsible for any Import Duties, Clearance Fees or other additional charges. This is a contract between the Purchaser and the Customs and Excise Department of each country. Stanley Lewis will not be held responsible for any duties due. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty and Taxes Unpaid) basis. Check with your own country Customs and Excise for further details.

US CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE  - Due to heightened border protection and increased aviation security measures introduced by the US Government applying to inbound freight, there is likely to be delays of around 48 hours to parcels being sent to the US.

If for any reason your order is refused delivery or is not collected from the Post Office and Returned to Sender, all real shipping charges associated with the delivery and return of your order, plus a 20% handling charge calculated on the total order amount will be applied and deducted from the refund once the goods have been received by the office of Stanley Lewis and accepted as merchantable quality.

For Express Courier (EMS) - allow 3-5 working days for delivery

For shipping to New Zealand, a flat rate of AUD$35 per parcel applies to our Ties and Socks sets. Individual Ties and Sock gift packs are AUD$30 and a rate of AUD$25 applies to our Pochettes and Scarves. Shipping costs for our Cufflink Collection is AUD$40. Please note a one charge only applies to multiple purchases.

For shipping to Asia Pacific, a flat rate of AUD$39per parcel applies to our Ties and Socks sets. Individual Ties and Sock gift packs are AUD$32 and a rate of AUD$25 applies to our Pochettes and Scarves. Shipping costs for our Cufflink Collection is  AUD$43. Please note a one charge only applies to multiple purchases.

For shipping to the Middle East, USA and Canada, a flat rate of AUD$45 per parcel applies to our Ties and Socks sets. Individual Ties and Sock gift packs are AUD$38 and a rate of AUD$28 applies to our Pochettes and Scarves. Shipping costs for our Cufflink Collection is AUD$45. Please note a one charge only applies to multiple purchases.

For shipping to Europe and the rest of the world, a flat rate of AUD$35 per parcel applies to our Ties and Socks sets. Individual Ties and Sock gift packs are AUD$30 and a rate of AUD$15 applies to our Pochettes and Scarves. Shipping costs for our Cufflink Collection is AUD$35. Please note a one charge only applies to multiple purchases.

Shipping costs within Australia for our Cufflink Collection is  $30. Please note a one charge only applies for multiple purchases.

Shipping Disclaimer

Although we cannot guarantee, we will do our utmost to ensure delivery within the above guidelines from Confirmation of Order.

If you withhold the requested information from Customs, your order cannot be delivered.  In this situation, your order will be redirected back to the head office of Stanley Lewis and you will incur all associated costs including both ways shipping costs.  These will be deducted from your credit card. We are unable to refund any duty paid on any items returned to us either faulty or unsuitable as this is a contract between the purchaser and own country Customs and Excise.

If for any reason your order is refused delivery or is not collected from the Post Office and Returned to Sender, all real shipping charges associated with the delivery and return of your order, plus a 20% handling charge calculated on the total order amount will be applied and deducted from the refund once the goods have been received by the office of Stanley Lewis and accepted as merchantable quality.

Cancel an Order

We respect and understand you may change your mind and may wish to Cancel an Order. It is our intent to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of placement and we ask you to notify us of your intent to cancel within 12 hours of your order confirmation. Click Cancel an Order. Any order cancelled after the goods are dispatched, that is, after the 12 hour period from Confirmation of Order, will incur all actual shipping costs associated in the dispatch and return of goods to the nominated return address. Note, as Stanley Lewis subsidises shipping costs, the actual shipping costs are greater than the shipping charges shown on your order/invoice if using Express Courier International. 

If for any reason your order is refused delivery or is not collected from the Post Office and Returned to Sender, all real shipping charges associated with the delivery and return of your order, plus a 20% handling charge calculated on the total order amount will be applied and deducted from the refund once the goods have been received by the office of Stanley Lewis and accepted as merchantable quality.

As a part of doing business, Stanley Lewis subsides the Shipping Fee for all customer transactions.  However, when cancelling an order, the customer will incur all real shipping charges and other associated costs. This cost will be greater than the subsidised shipping charge paid as part of the original transaction process.

Returns Policy

Stanley Lewis gladly accepts the return or exchange of merchandise purchased at stanleygentlemen.com. All returns/exchanges must have the original receipt and swing tickets attached and will be accepted for return up to 14 days from original date of purchase. All returns/exchanges must be received by us in an unworn, unwashed and merchantable condition and accompanied by a completed Request for Return form. We do not sell used item(s) and will not accept any item(s) with any indication that it was used, except where required by law. All items will be subject to a Quality Control check upon receipt, and if the above requirements have not been met, we will return the item(s) to the purchaser at the purchaser’s cost.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any goods being returned to Stanley Lewis are correctly and securely packaged and are fully insured whilst in transit. All undamaged, correctly returned goods will be credited to the original credit card holder only. This credit may not appear on your credit card statement immediately.

Any Stanley Lewis item(s) purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of that retailer

Shipping A Return

Stanley Lewis strongly recommends the insuring of all items for return as we will not be liable for goods that are either lost or damaged in transit. If the goods you are returning are accepted as faulty, Stanley Lewis will fully compensate all shipping costs.

Any item(s) returned to Stanley Lewis that has been damaged in transit will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense. We will not accept any item(s) returned to us that have been damaged in transit, so ensure proper packing and labeling procedures are applied.

Returning Faulty Goods

If you receive any item from Stanley Lewis that is faulty and has not been worn, we ask you to complete the Request for Return form, and ship to us, except where required by law, within 14 days for a refund or replacement. Stanley Lewis will cover all shipping costs including the original shipping cost in these transactions. Please include the full pack including the Stanley Lewis box for return so we can issue a prompt refund. If your request is for a replacement, send only the content of the box. Stanley Lewis will cover all shipping costs including the original shipping cost.

If you have worn the Stanley Lewis product and have a quality issue, we ask for you to complete the Request for Return form, and ship the item in question to us immediately for our prompt assessment. Our Quality Control department will examine, assess the return and we will do our utmost to comment and resolve within 36 hours of us receiving the goods. It is your responsibility to follow all care instructions as specified by the manufacturer.

Refunds will be issued within 7 days provided the goods are properly returned. All undamaged, correctly returned items will be credited to the original purchaser’s payment card minus applicable shipping charges (except for faulty goods transactions).

If your return is part of a promotion which includes a gift, it is necessary to return all items including the gift, for a return to be processed. If you have forgotten to return the complete pack, we will hold the items returned for a period of 21 days only before charging the purchaser the value of the gift via the original payment method.
