Returning Faulty Goods

 

If you receive any item from Stanley Lewis that is faulty and has not been worn, we kindly ask you to contact Christopher by email at [email protected] for instructions. Please ship to us, except where required by law, within 14 days for a refund or replacement. Stanley Lewis will cover all shipping costs including the original shipping cost in these transactions. If your request is for a replacement, send only the content of the box. Stanley Lewis will cover all shipping costs including the original shipping cost.

If you have worn the Stanley Lewis product and have a quality issue, we kindly ask you to contact Christopher by email at [email protected] for instructions and then ship the item in question to us immediately for our prompt assessment. Our Quality Control department will examine, assess the return and we will do our utmost to comment and resolve within 36 hours of us receiving the goods. It is your responsibility to follow all care instructions as specified by the manufacturer.

Refunds will be issued within 7 days provided the goods are properly returned. All undamaged, correctly returned items will be credited to the original purchaser’s payment card minus applicable shipping charges (except for faulty goods transactions).

If your return is part of a promotion which includes a gift, it is necessary to return all items including the gift, for a return to be processed. If you have forgotten to return the complete pack, we will hold the items returned for a period of 21 days only before charging the purchaser the value of the gift via the original payment method.
