Returns Policy/Cancel an Order

We respect and understand  you may change your mind and may wish to Cancel your Order.  It is our intent to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of placement and we respectfully ask you to notify us of your intent to cancel within 12 hours of your order confirmation.  Orders cancelled after the 12 hour window of receiving your order confirmation,  and before the delivery of goods will incur all real shipping costs.

Stanley Lewis gladly accepts the return or exchange of merchandise purchased at stanleygentlemen.com. All returns/exchanges must have the original receipt and swing tickets attached and will be accepted for return up to 14 days from delivery. All returns/exchanges must be received by us in an unworn, unwashed and merchantable condition. We do not sell used item(s) and will not accept any item(s) with any indication that it was used, except where required by law. All items will be subject to a Quality Control check upon receipt, and if the above requirements have not been met, we will return the item(s) to the purchaser at the purchaser's cost.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that any goods being returned to Stanley Lewis are correctly and securely packaged and are fully insured whilst in transit. All undamaged, correctly returned goods will be credited to the original credit card holder only. This credit may not appear on your credit card statement immediately.

Any Stanley Lewis item(s) purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of that retailer

It is the customer's responsibility that the returned items are returned to us as a complete pack. However, if you are exchanging for a different design or color, return only the items inside the Stanley Lewis box. This will greatly reduce your shipping costs. On receipt of your return, we will send you the replacement items, minus the Stanley Lewis box.

If your return is part of a promotion which includes a gift, it is necessary to return all items including the gift, for a return to be processed. If you have forgotten to return the complete pack, we will hold the items returned for a period of 21 days only before charging the purchaser the value of the gift via the original payment method

Please Note - If selecting a Stanley Lewis Gift Card to substitute your return, the amount will equal the full amount of your return, excluding the return shipping costs if applicable, and any Duties, Taxes and associated charges. The Stanley Lewis Gift Card will be sent to you in the distinctive handmade Stanley Lewis box. The Stanley Lewis Gift Card is valid for 12 months and is redeemable online only. We will not issue a refund for Stanley Lewis Gift Cards.

If for any reason your order is refused delivery or is not collected from the Post Office and Returned to Sender, all real shipping charges associated with the delivery and return of your order, plus a 20% handling charge calculated on the total order amount will be applied and deducted from the refund once the goods have been received by the office of Stanley Lewis and accepted as merchantable quality.
